New information affecting classified and supervisors of classified employees (overtime approval and scheduling, vacation scheduling, transfers, and grievances)

As most of you are aware, the University and those who have been represented by a Labor Union no longer follow the letter(s) of collective bargaining agreements. This represents change for Administration, Supervisors and employees alike. Because we no longer have individual contracts and provisions, it’s been very important to address the many topics and employment actions impacted, including, but not limited to: Overtime Approval and Scheduling, Vacation Scheduling, Transfer Procedures, and Grievance Procedures.
