  • Facilitate a CEO Peer Council with senior leaders that meet monthly to exchange ideas and practices to more effectively lead their manufacturing organizations and strengthen their strategic direction. 
  • Significant experience with C suite leaders conducting one-on-one leadership coaching and organizational coaching within the manufacturing and non-profit sectors and at government agencies.  
  • Manage faculty/student projects in the area of Food Science, Industrial Design, Packaging and Operations and Management
  • Implement projects that examine and measure organizational change efforts
