Brief Biography

Core Competencies: •ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt. •HTl Comorate champion for 8D (8 disciplines of problem solving). •Designed and implemented an automated data management system for internal and external use. •Coordinated startup activities and training for manufacturing facility in Ayutthaya Thailand. •Supervised a technical support department with up to 55 reports. •Instructor for Multiple course competencies at UW Stout. •Lead project that increased HTI's customer capability compliance from 80% to 100%. •Continually reduced nonconformance scrap rates, one example was by 66K parts per week. •Certified HTI instructor, Courses include: Statistical Process Control, Applied Quality Fundamentals, Total Productive Manufacturing, Problem Solving, 8D, Measurement Systems Analysis, Design of Experiments, Quality tools and philosophies, FMEA. •Incorporated updated electrical test system for WD products that saved over $1.2M per year. •Developed Programmable Logic Controller course curriculum and labs for the Engineering Technology department at St. Cloud State University. •Owned and operated a retail business.
