It is an honor to join UW Stout after an extensive career in international hospitality management and then later holding various instructional positions.
My passion as a hotelier and a food/beverage specialist has allowed me to experience 20 years of overseas adventures while working in almost every aspect of the hospitality, travel, and tourism industry.
As a hospitality executive, I have had to pleasure of leading talented teams through a wide range of challenges world-wide while delighting our guests along the way. I strive to inspire all of my students and colleagues through my love of travel, intense cultural experiences, hospitality from the heart, strong core values, and the food/beverage profession as a whole.
