» Financial Aid Packages

  • Confirmed Wisconsin Covenant Scholars will receive a financial aid package based on their family’s federally-defined financial need.

  • The Wisconsin Covenant Scholars Grant will be provided to confirmed Wisconsin Covenant Scholars for up to four years of college.

  • In addition, the Wisconsin Covenant Foundation Grant will be provided to students with the greatest financial need.

  • The grants range from $250-2,500 per year.

» Are you eligible

Students are eligible for the program if the Office of the Wisconsin Covenant has confirmed them as a Wisconsin Covenant Scholar. In order to be confirmed., students are required to do the following in high school:

  • Sign the Wisconsin Covenant pledge prior to Sept. 30 of their freshman year
  • Fulfill the requirements of the Wisconsin Covenant Pledge
  • Complete the FAFSA and mail completed confirmation forms to the Office of the Wisconsin Covenant by April 1 of their senior year.

» Update on the Wisconsin Covenant

  • The Wisconsin covenant has been included in Govenor Walker’s 2011–2013 Executive Budget.

  • The budget states that students who satisfy the Wisconsin Covenant eligibility requirements will receive the Wisconsin Covenant Scholar Grants, as promised.

  • Confirmed Wisconsin Covenant Scholars will be receiving grants based on their federally-defined financial need.

  • The budget also states that the Wisconsin Covenant will be limited to students who have signed the pledge before Sept. 30 2011.

  • The program will admit no additional students after that date.

  • Therefore current ninth graders are encouraged to sign the pledge prior to the deadline.

  • Students that sign and fulfill the pledge requirements will be eligible to receive the Wisconsin Covenant Scholars Grant in the future.
