Where in the world is Darrin Witucki?

Darrin is in Orlando at the Association of College Unions International (ACUI) conference, where he is happy to report that our Memorial Student Center redesign won the ACUI 2014 Facility Design Award of Excellence. The stunning $19 million redesign bested all competition in the $15 million - $25 million project category--outshining new construction, as well as other major remodels. Watch the following video to get a reminder of just how impressive the new student-centered design is.

Housing Wins Award

University Housing was named this year’s ACUHO-I/EBI Award recipient.

As this year’s award winner, UW-Stout receives an ACUHO-I/EBI Complete Assessment Package for 2012-2013. In addition, EBI will present Housing personnel a plaque at the ACUHO-I Annual Conference and feature University Housing in an article in the Talking Stick publication.

EBI commends the UW-Stout's commitment to continuous improvement and applaud Housing's innovative use of the ACUHO-I/EBI assessments to improve student satisfaction and learning outcomes in their residence halls and promote data driven decision making in the continuous improvement process.
