Chancellor's Office

Meyer became the seventh chancellor at UW-Stout on Aug. 16, 2014. Chancellor Meyer holds a Ph.D. in industrial engineering from the University of Minnesota. He earned an M.S. in management technology and a B.S. in industrial education, both at UW-Stout.

Provost's Office

Guilfoile works with the deans, department chairs, directors and the Division of Academic and Student Affairs to ensure the best possible environment for teaching and learning, scholarship, research, creative activities, and student services.

Chief Human Resources Officer and Sr. Special Assistant

Human Resources

Krimpelbein provides leadership and administrative oversight for the Chancellor and Human Resources.  Serves as the liaison to the Chancellor.  Manages special projects and events.

Phil LyonsPhil Lyons,
Vice Chancellor for Administrative and Student Life Services

Administrative and Student Life Services

Lyons serves as UW-Stout's chief business officer, overseeing the university's budget, advising the chancellor on financial management, and working with faculty, staff, students, and community members to accomplish university initiatives. He also leads the units of the Administrative and Student Life Services division: Business and Financial Services, Health and Safety, Human Resources, Physical Plant, Student Life Services, internal audit, and sustainability coordination.

Mark ParsonsMark Parsons,
Vice Chancellor for University Advancement and Marketing

University Advancement

Parsons is responsible for oversight of the University’s fundraising and alumni programs, for helping determine the university’s overall marketing direction and efforts, and for representing those to the university's senior administration.  He also serves as executive director of the Stout University Foundation, and represents the university to alumni, parents and corporate constituencies.

Planning, Assessment, Research and Quality

Drzakowski is responsible for the University's strategic planning process, policies, accreditation and assessment. She is the director of Institutional Research and the Applied Research Center.

Suzanne Traxler

Assistant Chancellor for Learning & Information Technology and Chief Information Officer

Learning and Information Technology

Traxler is responsible for Learning and Information Technology (LIT) a support organization dedicated to providing efficient and effective state-of-the-art learning and information technology solutions and services to students, faculty, and staff for instruction, administration, and public service in support of the University's mission.

Doug MellDoug Mell,
Executive Director of University Communications and Federal Relations

University Communications

Mell directs University Communications, which provides information for the public on UW-Stout, Wisconsin’s Polytechnic University. He is responsible for liaison activities with the state Legislature, other state and local officials and the community.
