Early Registration Rate Extended to June 15th!

Housing Information:

Housing will be on-campus in the residence halls (dorms). Please note: Not all residence hall buildings will have air-conditioning available. If air-conditioning is required, please list the need during the registration process. Roommates will be randomly assigned unless a single supplement option is selected or preferred roommate name is listed. Faculty and students will not be assigned to the same room or suite.

UPDATE: Those staying on campus will be assigned to the Red Cedar Hall. It is a suite-style building, with each suite containing either 3 or 4 single bedrooms, a living area, kitchenette, and bathroom facilities (separate shower room, toilet room, and two sinks). The building has 2 elevators and is air conditioned. Each floor has a laundry room, floor lounge/kitchen, and a recycling room. A single room supplement will not be charged as all rooms (not suites) are single rooms. If a single room supplement was paid by those who registered early, that fee will be refunded.

Transportation Information:

For those arriving from the airport via the Chippewa Valley Airport Shuttle, transportation from the shuttle stop (Country Inn & Suites) in Menomonie to the UW-Stout campus is included in the conference registration fee. The cost of the shuttle to and from the airport is not included in the conference fee. Once travel arrangements have been made, please provide intended arrival information via email to, by July 1st. Local taxi services will also be available for transportation from the shuttle drop-off site and the campus. Taxi service costs are not included in the conference fee.

PrintED Instructor Registration Relief ($300):

The Graphic Arts Education Research Foundation (GAERF) is providing $300 per PrintED instructor to offset the cost of registration. In order to qualify for registration relief, you must be an instructor of a PrintED accredited program in good standing or the instructor of a PrintED applicant program. Program status subject to verification.

Registration Cancellation Policy:

SAVE $50.00 for Early-Registration if received by May 27. If registration is cancelled between May 28th to June 20th, a $180.00 fee will be charged per registration cancelled. If cancellation is between June 21st to July 5th, the fee doubles to $360.  No refunds will be issued after July 6th. Any registration received on or after June 21st, is considered late and will only be accepted based on room availability. Every effort will be made to accommodate all special needs and late reservations.
