- Standard site template

Template used for department and office websites. Internal navigation for the department sub sites or topics goes in the left column and is present on all the department pages. Content, including, photographs, sidebars, forms, links and text goes in the main (white) area. The template proportions may not be altered, although the color may be customized by each department. Template for a page that requires no site navigation, such as a form; only UW-Stout navigation is present.

Blogging is very popular in higher education. We have adapted a Blogger template to resemble a UW-Stout page. View the documentation for implementing a UW-Stout styled blog.

The university home page is a stand-alone layout and is not to be duplicated on other areas of the UW-Stout web site.
Download and unzip the templates
The templates are compressed in a folder called templates. Download the templates and save them in the folder that you used to define your Dreamweaver site.
After downloading the zip file containing the templates, decompress the folder.
Windows XP
Right click on the zip file and select Extract. The templates folder will be created.
Windows 2000 or older
You will need to download a program to extract the folder.
Mac OS-X
Double click on the zip file.
