PowerPoint Background Images

To use one of these images as your PowerPoint background:

  1. Right click a thumbnail image below and choose "Save Link As" to save the link to your computer.
  2. Open Microsoft Powerpoint.
  3. From Powerpoint's "View" Menu, choose "Slide Master. "
  4. From the "Insert Menu", choose "Picture > From File."
  5. From the "Insert Picture" window, open the downloaded image.
  6. Right click the image and choose "Order > Send to Back".
  7. Resize the image by clicking the white circle at the corner of the image and dragging it to the edge of the slide.
  8. Click "Close Master View" button in the "Slide Master View" dialogue box.

Each new slide will use the chosen image as its background.

To use one of these images as a title page in your presentation:

  1. Right click a thumbnail image below and choose "Save Link As" to save the image to your computer.
  2. Open Microsoft Powerpoint.
  3. From the "Insert Menu", choose "Picture > From File."
  4. From the "Insert Picture" window, open the downloaded image.
  5. Resize the image by clicking the white circle at the corner of the image and dragging it to the edge of the slide.
