Group Fitness Class Rates

Single Class

Unlimited (for school year)

 All Fitness Memberships include Group Fitness access!


Instructor Suggestions:

Arrive at least five minutes prior to class to receive directions from the instructor.

We welcome all participants even if you cannot make it at the start time, but enter into activity at your own risk. An appropriate warm-up  (provided during each class) is essential to injury prevention.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows for freedom of movement and air flow. Avoid long baggy pants, sweatshirts, and denim, these often restrict movement and the instructor cannot watch for proper form.

Bring two pairs of shoes to keep the gym floor clean and safe for class.

Wear comfortable footwear that provides adequate support for the type of class you are taking.
