Yoga: Challenge yourself to a great workout. Your muscle strength and flexibility will be tested in a relaxing total body workout!
Pilates: Strengthen your “power house” (abdomen, lower back, and buttocks) as you build a base of strength and flexibility. Lengthen and tone each muscle group necessary to progress to a higher degree of body awareness!
Zumba: Dance to a fusion of Latin and International music. Zumba is a mixture of body sculpting movement with easy to follow dance steps it is sure to maximize caloric output and burn fat.
Turbokick: This class is broken down into four sections; warm-up, cardio, increased tempo sprints, and cool-down. Get ready to kick and punch your way to the results you are looking for.
Kickboxing: Take a jab at fitness! A high intensity non-contact workout incorporates self-defense, kickboxing, boxing and aerobic exercises.
Hip Hop Dance: Bring your sweats because this class is a real workout. Incorporating easy to follow hip-hop dance moves with basic toning and stretching exercises.
Step ‘n Sculpt: The ultimate cardio class combined with sculpting exercises. A Simple yet effective choreography to burn fat and achieve an all-over body workout in just 50 minutes!
Cardio Crazy: a one hour class that is a mixture of cardio exercises intertwined with multi-joint weight exercises. It is sure to get you sweating and keep your heart pumping the entire class.
Boot-camp: Get ready for a good workout at boot-camp. Combinations of circuit training, cardio bursts and team building activities will get you into the best shape of your life!
Toning: Join us for a basic weight lifting class. You will learn proper form as well as how to lift for specific body parts.
Strength & Tone: A total body conditioning workout that will keep you moving the whole time. You will learn how to properly lift weights and achieve the results you are looking.
BOSU Blast: Learn how to incorporate the BOSU ball into your strength training regimen. Increase your balance and coordination through an up-beat
Core Fusion: Strengthen your whole core in just 25 minutes! Standing and mat exercises will incorporation your abs and back leaving you with a solid core.
20-20-10: The first 20 minutes of this class is challenging cardio workout, the next 20 minutes is weights or resistance training. The last 10 minutes will be a mixture of core exercises and a cool down. This class will challenge your body and get you on the path to the results you are looking for.
