SPRING Group Fitness Extravaganza: Come sample our exciting group fitness classes on Tuesday, January 22 from 7pm till 9pm! All instructors will teach their class for 10-15 minutes. Come enjoy a free workout and some free food!

Why work out alone when others can motivate you to do your best? Variety is what makes the Group Fitness Program at the Health and Fitness Center so popular.

We are sure that you will find something that will provide the motivation to achieve your goals or the challenge to improve your level of fitness.

 

Meet The Instructors

*If you are interested in being part of the team, talk to an instructor or e-mail Jessica Roque at roquej4434@my.uwstout.edu 
  •    Arrive at least 5 minutes prior to class to receive directions from the instructor.
  •   Enter class more than 5 minutes after its scheduled time at your own risk. An appropriate warm-up (provided during each class) is essential to prevent injuries.
  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows for freedom of movement and flow of air. Avoid long baggy pants, sweatshirts, and denim. Bring two shoes (especially with cold, snowy weather)
  •    Wear comfortable footwear that provides adequate support.
