SPRING Group Fitness Extravaganza: Come sample our exciting group fitness classes on Tuesday, January 22 from 7pm till 9pm! All instructors will teach their class for 10-15 minutes. Come enjoy a free workout and some free food! Why work out alone when others can motivate you to do your best? Variety is what makes the Group Fitness Program at the Health and Fitness Center so popular.

CorePower Yoga:
This class is for anyone new to expert. This all level yoga sequence will help you build strength, increase flexibility, and find focus. CorePower Yoga is a challenging and dynamic Vinyasa series, meaning breath is linked to movement. This class is moderately paced so you will learn the fundamental yoga postures and principles that create a successful and effective yoga practice. This class will also build off of basic postures in the Vinyasa series, helping everyone build a beautiful practice. Set to to music, your entire body will be invigorated!
Pilates
Strengthening,
toning, flexibility, and balance are just a few of the many benefits of
Pilates. Through a series of core
and leg exercises, you can gain total body awareness and control. Pilates focuses on strengthening your
powerhouse while improving flexibility, balance, and body awareness.
Yoga
Challenge yourself to a great workout. Your muscle strength and flexibility will be tested in a relaxing total body workout! Yoga is the best addiction you can have!
Yogalates
Can't decide whether to go to Yoga or Pilates, try our new Yogalates class, it is a gentle mix of the two!
Yoga Sculpt
A total body workout, Yoga Sculpt classes are set to energizing music and designed to tone and sculpt every major muscle group. This class complements your regular yoga practice while boosting your metabolism and pushing your strength, flexibility and cardio health to new heights. Free weights are added to the Vinyasa sequence, creating resistance and intensifying each pose. Strength-training exercises such as squats, lunges, biceps curls, and core strengthening are incorporated to build lean muscle mass. You will see visible results in your body. It is recommended that you take a least one yoga class before Yoga Sculpt.
Cardio & Flexibility
This class will include a good combination of
cardio and great stretching to keep you strong and limber at the same time!
Cardio Kickboxing
Take a jab at fitness! A
high intensity non-contact workout incorporates self-defense,
kickboxing, boxing and aerobic exercises.
Hip Hop Dance
Bring your sweats because this class is a
real workout. Incorporating easy to follow hip-hop dance moves with
basic toning and stretching exercises.
Tabata
A 30 minute, high intensity class devoted to improving strength, power, and agility through short bursts of toning and cardio exercise. Don't be fooled by the length of this class, this full-body workout will get your heart pumping!
Zumba
Want a way to spice up your everyday trip to the gym? Ditch
the workout, join the party! Zumba is a cardio dance party that includes
genres of dance like Cumbia, Salsa, Reggaeton, and Meregnue. Dance off
the pounds with a Zumba Fitness class; no prior dance experience required!
Body Weight Blast
This energetic body sculpting class includes intense cardio combos followed by strength training and resistance training for an overall extreme workout. The class will effectively burn the calories you most desire! Engage in a variety of exercises that will assure you will never get bored! Be ready for a challenging full body workout and blast weight right off!
Bootcamp
Come prepared to sweat! This class is a combination of toning, cardio and abs; this workout will get your heart pumping in no time!
Butts n' Guts
Focuses
on toning the lower body and abs. It will strengthen and tighten your
midsection. With twisting, turning, squatting, and crunching, your abs and
glutes will be burning in no time.
Extreme Abs
This 30 minute Ab class consists of on the
ground exercises as well as standing exercises to help tone your abs. This
class will work every angle of your core to define and sculpt the abdominals.
HardCORE
Build
a strong core with a 30 minute workout that includes a variety of different
moves to challenge your muscles!
Kettlebell/Interval Training
A unique blend of explosive toning movements that engage and tone the entire body combined with interval cardio training to give you a full body workout. This class will be sure to get you heart pumping and tone up the whole body!
Pump & Tone
A total body conditioning workout
that will keep you moving the whole time. You will learn how to properly
lift weights and achieve the results you are looking.
Toning
Join us for a basic weight lifting class with one of our Personal Trainers. You will learn proper form as well as how to lift for specific body parts while getting a great full body burn!
Total Body
This class is a total body "burn" that will strengthen, tone and shape your body. It will challenge every individual by including a variety of equipment. Burn calories without the super intense cardio, while gaining lean muscle, and increasing strength by targeting every muscle group. Expect to sweat and be pushed to achieve an extreme total body workout!
Aqua Zumba
Make a splash with Aqua Zumba! This Specialty Zumba course is the "pool party" workout for all ages. Jump into the Latin-inspired, easy to follow, calorie-burning, dance fitness-party in the water! If you think land Zumba is fun, just wait until you get into the pool!
Not a great swimmer? You don’t have to be for this class. A combination of body weight and aqua weights are used to give you both a strength and cardio based workout!
