Intramural Sports will attempt to make up all rained out games for outdoor sports, unless unavoidable circumstances arise.
Intramural Sports will not accept individual requests from teams or individuals to reschedule contests. However, emergency cases will be considered on an individual basis. Requests for rescheduled games must be submitted to the Intramural Sports Coordinator at least one day in advance of the time originally scheduled. If the request is approved, both teams will be notified as to the alternate playing date. If the request is not approved, the game will be played as originally scheduled.
If there is a question whether games will be played, cancelled, or rescheduled due to inclement weather, call the University Recreation Office (232-1392) after 3:00pm. The Intramural Sports staff will attempt to contact captains if game times are changed.
