The Sign up Process

Please read all of the information in order to provide an error-free signup process. If you do not understand any part of this process, you may contact Intramural Sports.

How to Register Your Team

UW-Stout students, staff, faculty/staff and spouses are eligible to participate in Intramural Sports programs. Intramural Sports are limited to a specific number of team entries. Leagues will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. In order to register a team for Intramural Sports, you must turn in a completed registration form to the University Recreation office. The forms are available at the Urec office or online.

Registration Form and Roster

Registration forms will not be accepted unless they are filled out completely and are accompanied by the league fee. The roster form is located on the back of the registration form. In order for your roster to be processed, each participant's UW-Stout ID number is required along with the player's full name. All teams must have a team name when the entry is submitted. (The Intramural Sports program reserves the right to censor team names.) After submitting a completed registration, each team will sign up for a night of play. Nights of play will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Specific leagues are played on specific nights. Make sure you sign up for the correct night of play.
