About Personal Training Services

Having a Personal Trainer could give you an edge above the rest. Whether you're a serious weight lifter or a beginner in the fitness arena, a Personal Trainer could help you get started and stay on the right path towards your goals. All of our trainers are nationally certified, and come with a wide range of experience.  We have both female and male trainers for your convenience. Continuing education seminars are mandatory to maintain a certification, ensuring you that you are receiving the most up to date information from your trainer as it relates to the fitness industry.

Personal training is not included in the HFC Membership Rates, and therefore carries it's own costs of services.

For more information, download the Personal Training Brochure.
