Group FitnessGroup Fitness offers a variety of activities that can fit any member's personal abilities or experience level. Whether you are searching for aerobics, abs training, meditation, or fun with others, Group Fitness is for you.

If you are interested in participating, remember group fitness classes are free with an HFC Membership, view more inforomation below in membership and availability.

Group fitness is a great way to get into shape through different activities with a trained instructor in a supportive group environment.

Group fitness classes range across the board, from kickboxing and high-impact aerobics, to crunch and abdominal workouts, to yoga and relaxation. Check out class descriptions for more information on offerings from semester to semester.
