Cardio

Beginner Step: Just like the description of our Step class, you will have fun moving up and down the step with a new instructor.

Step: This class uses a step platform where step height can be adjusted to suit individual fitness levels. Features include uncomplicated steps and a fun, results-orientated workout. Great for fat-burning and murder for butt and thighs!

Kickboxing: Combining the fighting disciplines of Karate, Boxing and Tai Chi, this non-contact workout encourages you to fight your way to the level of fitness you demand. Technique drills are included in this intensely fun class to ensure you get the best results from every workout. No experience is required.

5,6,7,8 Jazz Tech: Intermediate jazz technique class. Eventually it will build up to skill combinations and small pieces of dances.

HipHop Grind: Intermediate class, teaching small combinations with key body movements in hiphop
dance.

Zumba: A fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting,
effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of
fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval
training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. It is a
mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps.

Sculpting

Butts N’ Gutts: This class targets the abdominal region as well as the glutes!

Extreme Abs (aka Crunch): This 25-minute class focuses on core body strength. Hit the floor for abdominal and lower back exercises.

Lift N' Lose: Inches, that is!  Sarah Jessica does it, Oprah swears by it…Weight Lifting is an essential ingredient in health and fitness.  Strength training can make a difference in how you feel about your body AND how your body feels in as little as 6 weeks.  Using challenge weights and proper posture and technique, train in a group setting.  Slow reps are a must for strength and music is a must for “lifting” your spirits through the winter months!  Start now and notice a difference before spring break!!!

Combo: Cardio/Strength

Intro to the Burn: This class is a variety of classes at a beginner level such as step, kick, circuit training, and high to low impacts. Don’t worry, you will break a sweat!

Body Burn (aka Total Body Toning): This class gives you an ‘all in one’ workout, incorporating circuit training, step, kick, lo-impact and strength exercises. Equipment such as weights, skipping ropes and stability tools may be used during this unique workout.

Mind/Body

Pilates: A flowing series of controlled, very precise floor movements designed to lengthen muscles and improve strength throughout the “powerhouse”.

Sunrise Yoga: Rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit as this A.M. yoga awakens your senses for a great start to your day.

Fitness Yoga: This full-body workout consists of postures, conscious breath, and relaxation to enhance flexibility, muscular strength and mental awareness.

Hatha Yoga: For students interested in the traditional Hatha Yoga class. A comprehensive, balanced class with a steady flow, relaxation between asanas, and guided instruction throughout.

In the Water

Water Aerobics : This class includes a variety of movements taht target arms and legs.
