Please also note that your club is responsible for making sure the Sport Clubs Coordinator has copies of two members of your teams current CPR and First Aid Certifications. University Recreation will schedule two CPR/FA certification classes during the year to assist your club meet this requirement. Please turn in a current copy of CPR/FA cards to the Sport Clubs Coordinator. You can check the status of your clubs forms on the officer information page only.
