Work completed:
Literature review, instructional planning of racial
identity development presentation/activities, IRB approval.
Work to do:
Conduct learning activities (lecture/discussion, small
group activity, individual assignment), evaluate impact.
Problems:
Integrate this project and presentation with a full teaching load of four grad level preps. I do appreciate the SoTL opportunity, and I regard our meetings as havens of calm, reflective sanity in the flurry of other (non SoTL) do-this-task-yesterday demands.
