University of Wisconsin-Stout Welcomes You
University of Wisconsin-Stout, a special mission institution within the University of Wisconsin System, is pleased to host the 2007 Scholarship of Teaching and Learning Conference in beautiful northwestern Wisconsin, May 23, 2007. Our conference theme will be Teaching, Learning and Technology: What Does SOTL Reveal?
The conference will bring together Wisconsin educators with common interests in active learning strategies in relation to technology. Presenters will include members of UW-Stout's 2006-2007 SOTL project and presenters from other UW System schools.

Conference and Session Schedule: The conference schedule and session presenters and descriptions are available.
Registration Information: The conference will run from 10:00am to 3:00pm in the Crystal Ballroom at the Memorial Student Union. Lunch will be included with the $15.00 registration fee. Registration deadline is May 10, 2007. Fill out and return the Registration Form to: Teaching and Learning Center, UW-Stout, Menomonie, WI 54751.
Travel and Lodging: Driving Directions - Menomonie is located off of Interstate 94. Sixty miles east of Minneapolis metropolitan area. Exit 41 (Hwy 25) takes you directly into Menomonie. The AmericInn Motel & Suites is immediately to the right after exiting I-94. University of Wisconsin-Stout is two miles south on Hwy 25. View campus map.
Hotel arrangements have been made for attendees at the AmericInn Motel & Suites in Menomonie, WI. Rooms are reserved under SOTL until April 22 at a rate of $62 single. Attendees wishing to gurantee this rate at the hotel should call 715-235-4800 for reservations prior to April 22.
