I work with the North American leadership Academy, TLC, SOTL and do organizational assessments and workshops on campus

Outside interests:

I do consulting with industry on the above topic areas, including conflict resolution, change, and transformational learning. I love to sit on my porch and drink wine. I love to have dinner parties. I like to do landscaping and gardening. I like to read controversial topics and have great discussions about it.
