The University of Wisconsin Stout and the Memorial Student Center (MSC)
is the perfect location for your next special event. Located in the
center of our beautiful campus, our facility features 18 attractive
meeting rooms which can be used for exhibit space, camps, conferences,
wedding receptions and special events. The Memorial Student Center can
accommodate the small meetings of 10 to the larger event of 600.
Reservation Reminder:
We would like to remind the campus that when you make a reservation, either through Virtual EMS (http://ems.uwstout.edu) or through the Reservation Desk (x2000), please indicate the start and end times accurately. If your event begins at 10am, the room is automatically booked 30 minutes before for setup. If you need a longer period of time for setup, please call the Reservation Desk and they can adjust the time.
We would also like to remind you that if you request technology an Event Services Technician will begin setup of the room 30 minutes before a standard meeting. If the customer is not present 30 minutes before, the technician will leave the room setup and return 15 minutes before an event. The technician must attend to other rooms and cannot remain in the room for the full 30 minutes. If the customer does not show up at the listed event start time, the Technician will return 15 minutes later to tear down the equipment. This is why it is important to accurately indicate event start time on your reservation. In case of a "no show," a "no show" fee may be applied.
