Gold Cards - Please bring in all unused cards and money to the next meeting.
Brat Stand - Everything is set up and ready to go. 100% of the proceeds will go into the personal accounts of those who work at it.
Golf Scramble - Work is being done to get the raffle tickets printed. They will cost $1/ticket or $5/6 tickets. Many donations have been received, but more are needed. Also keep looking for people to participate in the Scramble.
Nationals - Everything is set to go. There will be a meeting at the end of April to discuss details.
Constitution Amendment - Joe will be sending out an email this week to all paid members and then we will vote on it next week.
Officer Nominations - Nominations will take place next week. Please look up officer descriptions in the Constitution ahead of time.

Gold Cards - The final Gold Card Sales Table was held March 22-24. We sold a total of 6 cards over the 3 day period.

Nationals - Hannah announced that everything has been taken care of.

over $100 from money bags to benefit Badger Camp. There will be a
Civic Raffle the same day as the Golf Outing.
Fundraising: Read by Schwabie - Brat Stand will be April 8-10 from 9 am - 6 pm at the Marketplace in Menomonie. Gold cards will be sold at this time. We need a gas grill and 3 coolers. Pie money is due on Monday March 21 at the Terrace between 1 - 2 pm. We raised over $100 from selling t-shirts to Wausau at State Conference. We will be selling exam bags to freshmen and sophomores.

Civic: Read by Johneen - We will put on an Easter Egg Hunt sometime in March for a local day care center. She is also looking into Interfaith for April
Fundraising: Read by Johneen - Shirts arrived. We will start selling Main Street Pies again - Money and orders are due March 21, and pies will arrive Thursday, March 24, just in time for Easter. 70% of profits will go into personal accounts and 30% will go into the club account. The Golf Outing was also announced to the members. Johneen and Joe will have more details at the next meeting.

OLD BUSINESS
Gold Cards - Adam announced another sales table outside was held this week, located in the Commons. Six more cards were sold and another sales table will be held after Spring Break near the Bookstore. So far 28 cards have been sold.
Money bags are due tonight. If more than $150 is collected, Johneen will bring in Root Beer floats at the next meeting. All of the proceeds will go to Badger Camp.
NEW BUSINESS
An election was held for the position of secretary. Erin was elected unanimously.
Ryan talked to those attending the State Career Leadership Conference. Everyone must pay an additional $85, $50 for the CTSO fee and $35 for the hotel room. Ryan and Crystal will both be driving. An agenda and schedule were reviewed and Johneen passed around a packing list. A count was taken on who would be attending the National Competition in Anaheim.
The next week meeting will be held at on Thursday, March 10 at 6:00 pm in the Pioneer Room.

Civic: Read by Johneen - Money bags for Badger Camp are due February 24 (preferably in paper currency). Training for the Dunn Co Humane Society Volunteer Program will be held on an upcoming Tuesday & Wednesday. A sign-up sheet will be passed around last week.
Fundraising: Read by Johneen - Money for shirts is due tonight. Krispy Kreme money and orders are due next week.
Promotions: Read by Sarah - An ad for the Open House was posted on E-Scholar.
Historian/Alumni: Read by Trent - Work on next month's alumni report will start as soon as information is received for the 15th of the Month Report.
OLD BUSINESS
Gold Cards - An advertisement for the gold cards went out earlier this week in an SSA Email. A sales table will be set up Tuesday - Thursday (February 15-17) outside of the Terrace between 11 and 2. Another sales table will be scheduled at an upcoming meeting for the Commons.
The State Career Leadership Conference will be held March 3-5 at the Concourse Hotel in Madison. The registration fee of $95.00 was due tonight. SSA funding should come soon and members going to state will be reimbursed once it has been granted. Johneen reminds everyone to not forget their calculator!
ICDC will be held May 4-7 in Anaheim, California. A sign-up sheet was passed around for interested students. Please let Ryan know as soon as possible if you did not sign-up but are interested in going. In order to get SSA funding we need to have estimates.
Allisyn announced Crystal is holding a help session for anyone interested in preparing for case studies. She will be available for the next two Monday nights at the Terrace from 7-9 pm.

A progressive dinner will be held Friday, February 25. A sign-up sheet was passed around last week and anyone interested in attending should contact Hannah. There will be a $3 charge.
Adam announced the website has once again been updated. The scrapbook now has pictures from this semester - from the Holiday Party. Check it out at http://wmma.uwstout.edu.
Social tonight will be held at Thursday Night Out at the Rec Center at 8:00 pm. There will be free bowling and darts and we will have a table to sell gold cards and advertise. On a typical Thursday night there are 100 students at TNO.
