Wigen Hall Council
 

The Wigen Hall Council (WHC) meets every
Monday at 8:30 pm in the Wigen Activity Room.
The purpose of WHC is to:

A. Provide an effective means of self-governance
while creating an environment for intellectual,
cultural, and social development.

B. Provide a means of communication with all Wigen
Hall residents, the Inter-Residence Hall Council
(IRHC), and the Stout Student Association (SSA).

C. Establish and maintain policies in order to
accomplish the purpose of this organization
