Good evening everyone-

This will be the last time I grace you with the minutes so I hope you enjoy it:)

We started the meeting off with

1) Founder's Day Intinerary: Myself, Steve, Sarah, and Kelly will be in charge of this. We are going to meet at 1p.m. in the Crystal Ballrooms this Sunday (4-30) to set up our sign, pamphlets, and brochures. This is an all day event to show alumni, teachers, and other faculty all the work we have done.

2) Relay for life results: We raised $1,700 as a group and totaled $50,000 (brand new record) for the American Cancer Society.

3) Twin Cities Agenda: For the 7 of you that are going, please meet at the parking lot next to Jarvis Hall at 8 a.m. The tour will consist of the Radisson, Marquette, and Marriott, respectively. All three tours will be lead by Stout Alumni! Steve will be reimbursed for gas and everyone will have their parking taken care of.

4) Grill Out Social: Monday, May 1st 6 p.m. Meet at Wakanda Park across from the baseball field and water park. Bring your own meat and beverage. We will supply plates, napkins, chips, buns, catsup, mustard, charcoal, and lighter fluid. Sharon Giourx is also coming so please come with input for internships and the HT degree.

5) Film Festival: There is a mandatory meeting for everyone that signed up, Monday, May 1st @ 4 p.m. (before the grill out) in room 205 Millenium Hall. This will be an informational meeting about how the footage should be sent in to the photo club etc. Thanks to Steph and Kelly for being on the Film Festival Team.....:)

6) Country Kitchen: After sending in our tax information we still have not heard how much money we made. Melody is calling tom. (Tuesday)

7) Great Internships Available: Check out the two internships with PCMA at http://www.jobtarget.com/c/job.cfm?str=1&site_id=518&max=25&jb=885098 (This is actually on the PCMA website, all National members should have gotten an email regarding this information)

8) Scrapbook: Thanks to Sarah and April for putting together our scrapbook. This along with the re-creation of our website should help us contend for the Student Chapter of the Year Award (SCOTY) given by PCMA. Way to go Team!
