The Association for Facilites Engineering is the largest, dedicated network in the facility, maintenance, and plant operations profession.
The UW-Stout student chapter networks with senior chapters 13 (Twin Cities) and 66 (Chippewa Valley).
AFE members meet and discuss industry, changes in curriculum, career opportunities, and future tours and events through senior chapters.
This year we hope to integrate the CPE (Certified Plant Engineer) certification into our curriculum, network with other AFE student chapters throughout the country, and expand on career opportunities for internships and graduating seniors.
