About Stout Technology Park

The Stout Technology Park opened for business in 1990. The Park offers a 403-acre beautifully-landscaped setting located along the I-94 corridor in Menomonie, Wisconsin.

There are currently 58 businesses, with an estimated assessed valuation of $65 million, located in the Park, employing 1,318 people. The estimated annual payroll of $49.9 million contributes a net economic impact of $232.2 million to the Menomonie area.

The Park offers amenities such as easy interstate access, fiber optics and multiple broadband options, as well as access to the resources of UW-Stout, the first university to receive the Malcolm Baldrige Award for quality.

The Stout Technology Park is located within the I-94 Corridor Technology Zone. The Wisconsin Technology Zone program offers income tax credits to high-technology companies building or expanding operations within a Technology Zone.
