For Students:

To register, please complete the following steps:

  1. Choose the correct link below. The link will take you to an online form. Fill in the inforamtion requested. You will be able to make your abstract a part of this form.

UW System Reseach Sysposium (Non UW-Stout Students)


UW-Stout Undergraduate Dual Registration for Both Symposium and Campus Research Day

  1. Submit the form on or before February 5, 2007.
  2. Be sure to print a copy for yourself.
  3. If you do not recieve immediate confirmation reciept of your abstract submission, contact UW-Stout, Outreach Services at 715-232-2793 or by email at researchsymposium@uwstout.edu
  4. IMPORTANT, PLEASE ADD researchsymposium@uwstout.edu to your contacts list. Confirmation and other information will be send via this email address. This will avoid our corespondence going to your junk e-mail box.

For Faculty/Staff:

To register, please complete the following steps:

  1. Click on the link below and complete the online form.

  2. The fee is $25.00 per attendee and includes participation, lunch, and refreshments.

General Information:

Faculty/Staff Payments: Payment may be made using check, purchase order, or by Visa or MasterCard. Please make your check payable to UW-Stout; unless otherwise requested, your cancelled check will be your receipt.

Participants will receive an E-mail confirmation letter approximately 10 days before the Symposium.

After the registration deadline, call Outreach Services at (715) 232-2793 to determine program availability.

Cancellation Policy: If notice of cancellation is received by UW-Stout (Outreach Services) by the deadline date, April 6, 2007, you will receive a full refund minus a $5 processing charge. There will be no refunds or cancellation of fees after April 6, 2007. Substitutions for this program may be made at any time. Please inform us of such substitutions as far in advance of the program, if possible.

If you have a disability and desire special assistance and/or accommodations, please notify UW-Stout, Outreach Services by the registration deadline, April 6, 2007. Requests are kept confidential.
