Detailed Information and Registration
PACE (Practical Approaches for Continuing Education) is a program designed specifically to enhance the training and knowledge base of today’s early childhood educators and administrators.
This program, offered through HighReach Learning in collaboration with the University of Wisconsin-Stout, provides the early childhood professional with an opportunity to earn Continuing Education Units (CEUs). Published quarterly, each issue of PACE will include four research-based professional articles evaluated by a faculty review board at the University of Wisconsin-Stout and approved for continuing education units.
To earn CEUs the participant must complete the comprehensive examination in each issue. This examination will be presented as a true/false, multiple choice, matching, and/or application section test and will incorporate issues covered in the coordinating articles. The participant then sends the test to University of Wisconsin-Stout for evaluation.
Upon successful completion of the test (with a score of 80% or higher), participants will be awarded one CEU from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. In the course of a year, participants will have the opportunity to earn a total of four CEUs (equal to 40 training hours).
