HOW TO ACCESS ONLINE GRADE REPORTS

Grades will be posted to the university Datatel system approximately two weeks after the instructor faxes/mails the final gradesheet to the Continuing Ed office.

After the gradesheet is posted on the Datatel system, then you may access a free grade report online. Printed grade reports are no longer mailed to students at the end of each semester via postal mail, instead the grade report is available online.

How To:

• Go to the UW-Stout portal called Access Stout https://access.uwstout.edu/access/ click on "current students"
• Then click on "GPA by Term and Dismissal/Probation Status"
• Enter your user name.
• Enter your social security number without dashes or spaces
• Click on "submit" (only do this once).
• Click on "Choose one",
• Click on "graduate"
• Click on "submit" (only do this once).
• A copy of the grades may be printed from "View/Print Student Record".

Many students submit the free grade report when documentation is required for tuition reimbursement from the school district or for a professional development portfolio.
