Instructional Leadership Skills

Designed for classroom teachers, grade level team leaders, department heads, program coordinators and administrators

This course will focus on key strategies of instruction-related leadership effectiveness, how to build and manage successful teams through group decision making, as well as deal with conflict and political issues that influence instructional improvement and the process of school accountability.

The course emphasizes leadership issues and team building skills for continued growth as an instructional leader to improve student achievement through a school improvement process that is directed toward strengthening teaching and learning.
