Post-Baccalaureate, Non-Degree, Add-On Certifications are defined as:
Post-Baccalaureate = individuals who have previously completed an education degree
Non-Degree = a sequence of courses which does not lead to the granting of a degree
Add-On Certification = individuals who are eligible for or already hold at least one PK-12 teaching license and are seeking to add another licensure
