University of Wisconsin - Stout

UW-Stout offers a 2-credit graduate level online course each term. Participants usually have 2 years of teaching experience. The tuition for the course will be waived after successful completion of the course requirements. This course meets the DPI requirement for verification of cooperating teachers. If you have never been a graduate student at UW-Stout, please complete the admission form (PDF version) at this link: http://www.uwstout.edu/grad/grad_app.pdf. This is an 8-page document, so you may want to read through it online before you print it. Pay particular attention to the instructions on page 5 for applying as a Special Student. The only page you need to print is page 7.

UW-Stout is also requiring a signed payment plan agreement before I can register you. That form can be found at: http://www.uwstout.edu/stubus/ppagree.pdf

Applications for this course are typically taken up to about a month before the class begins, or until there are enough applicants to fill the course section offered for the upcoming term. Registrations are processed by the School of Education (you will not register yourself) on a first-come first-served basis, so those who send in their applications first will be registered first.
