StoutBikes Registration Form

Please complete the registration form below. Tab between fields and select the Submit button at the bottom of the form to complete your registration. You will receive an e-mail confirming your registration and describing how you may pick up your bike.

Please note that, in addition to gathering your personal information, this registration form requires your agreement and check-off of:

the liability release form waiver
the rental fee may be charged when you pick up your bike

Bike rental is $25 per school year with a $50 deposit that is refunded upon return of the bike. Please check below to approve the fees.
