Parking Permit Application
Selection Instructions
Each UW-Stout permit option is listed below. It is important that you select the correct permit option based on either your customer status (e.g. staff or student) or residence location status (e.g. living in on-campus university housing or living off campus and commuting to school). Questions may be directed to Parking Services.

Housing online registration has ended. Please stop into the Parking Office to purchase your permit.
Where to park until you've received your permit: Students without a permit may park in the HOUSING section of Lot 34 until 4 PM on Wednesday, 9/5, the first day of classes. Lot 34 has both a housing section and a commuter section. The housing section is the north 2/3 of the lot and the two sections are identified by signage within the lot. You cannot park in the commuter section (nearest 13th Ave) without a commuter permit. All parking lots other than Lot 34 (housing) will be regulated for valid permit beginning Sunday evening, 9/2.
Student Commuter (You live off campus)
Commuter student online registration has ended. Please stop by Parking Services to request your permit. Please park at a paid meter until you've received your permit.
