Sexual Assault Mandated Reporting
Wisconsin Statue Section 36.11(22)(2)(c) requires that any person employed at a University of Wisconsin institution who witnesses a sexual assault on campus or receives a report from a student enrolled in the institution that the student has been sexually assaulted must report the incident.
This report may be made directly to the Dean of Students Office (130 Bowman Hall, 715-232-1181) or via the confidential incident reporting form link below. Victims may remain anonymous however, the person reporting should provide as much information as possible so that officials may be able to follow-up on the report where appropriate.
