ID for Distance Learners

About your Stout OneCard

Distance Education program faculty and students who are only involved in online classes have a Stout OneCard designed specifically for them. Since faculty and students do not come to campus, we have a card that includes a special logo in place of the photograph. Also, your student ID number is printed on the front of the card. This card will need to be activated to access any financial refunds that may be received from the University.

An ID card will be generated for new distance education students after they are registered for classes. The card will be sent to the student's home address within 5-10 business days of the card being ordered. If you have not received an ID card, please contact the Campus Card Office either by phone 715-232-3686 or via e-mail campuscard@uwstout.edu.
