Posters in the Rotunda

    Deadline for submitting Rotunda posters to for printing:  February 19
      Students attending Posters in the Rotunda must complete and submit the following two forms:
       Posters in the Rotunda Emergency Contact Form
       Posters in the Rotunda Field Trip Release Form

National Conference on Undergraduate Research (NCUR)

  • Abstract submission deadline is December 6, 2013 with notifications of acceptance on or before January 22, 2013.
  • On your application, list Jane Anderson as the campus contact.
  • A limited number of NCUR travel grants are available through Research Services. ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ABSTRACT DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT REGISTRATION AND TRAVEL EXPENSES WILL BE PAID FOR.
  • Travel allowances will be provided for 8 students to participate at NCUR. Preference will be given to freshmen and sophomore applicants. If you wish to be considered for a travel allowance, submit an Application for a Travel Allowance to the Student Research Grant Fund  If you have questions after you have checked all of the information on the NCUR web site and the Student Research Grant Fund web site, please contact: Jane Anderson, x2694

UW System Symposium for Undergraduate Research and Creative Activity

  • The UW System Symposium will be at UW-Milwaukee on April 11, 2014
  • Accepting abstract submissions January 1 - February 28, 2014 at Registration Link
  • Deadline for submitting UW System Symposium  posters to for printing: March 21, 2014

Research Services will pay the cost of printing research posters for students presenting their research (one poster per research project) when these steps are followed: 1. The student must register for the event. 2. Their name will be added to the list of posters paid for by Research services. 3. The student must follow the instructions listed at the link above.
