Provide a 1-3 page description of the research and/or scholarly activities of the nominee, addressing the following points:
Describe the research and/or scholarly activity's impact on any that are applicable: the University, the Community, the Profession and Fields of Practice, Curriculum Improvement, Student Learning, other. Provide evidence of dissemination (i.e. conference presentations, publications, awards, etc.) If applicable, briefly describe funding received (agency, program, etc.). Provide a letter of support from colleague, collaborator, or other stakeholders in your research and/or scholarly activity.
