To Drop a Course or Courses

Drop Procedure
You may process your drop on Access Stout or fill out a Program Card and bring it to 109 Bowman Hall for processing. Beginning the first day of the term, instructor’s signatures are required for all classes. When you have turned it in to 109 Bowman Hall, you are officially dropped from the class. Be familiar with the deadline dates listed below. They affect your fees and the grades on your transcript.

Program Cards are available at the Registration and Records Office, 109 Bowman Hall.

The official “drop date” is the date you process your Program Card.

A student who fails to withdraw from the university or drop courses will receive grades as assigned by instructors or grades of “F”.
