University of Wisconsin - Stout

UW-Stout uses a subject/number course identification system. The alpha-abbreviation identifies the subject area. The second three numerals refer in part to the level of the courses. Courses at the 100 to 400 level may be taken for undergraduate credit only; 500 to 600 level are graduate credit only and have a "paired" undergraduate course identification at the 300 to 400 level; 700-800 level courses are graduate level only.
