My master’s degree provided a platform for me to explore many different areas including, training, organization development, leadership development and human resource development. I was provided an education that was of the highest quality and integrity. When I was interested in pursuing my Ph.D., members of the UW-Stout faculty encouraged my journey and provided support for me to achieve my goals. UW-Stout is not just an educational institution, providing quality education, but a family that is there to see their students achieve.
