The Master of Science in Training and Human Resource Development program prepares professionals who seek to research, implement, and manage the learning and development functions within an organization.

Graduates of the program will be able to:
  • Lead the Learning Function 
  • Improve Human Performance in an Organizational Context 
  • Facilitate Organizational Change 
  • Manage Organizational Knowledge 


The 30 credit online degree is taught by UW-Stout faculty and can be completed in two years by taking 6 credits per semester.
