Student Business Services is the office that generates the bills you will receive from UW-Stout. Billing is sent through an e-mail notification system rather than mailing paper bills. Every student admitted to UW-Stout receives a student e-mail account. This will be the e-mail account used for billing purposes. If you are not able to accept e-mail, please contact the ASK 5000 Help Desk at 715/232-5000 for assistance. Payment options are available and are described on the Student Business Services office website.
NEVER IGNORE YOUR BILL! If you receive a bill that you feel is incorrect, please contact the Student Business Services office immediately and directly to resolve the issue. If you are in dispute of your bill because you find a portion of it is incorrect, please ask the Student Business Services office about continuing to pay on the remainder of the bill to eliminate later confusion and late fees that could be associated with that bill.
