Which courses should I take at the beginning of my sequence?

While these courses are not required to be taken in a specific order they are suggested as courses that will be built upon in the program. The Seminar in Training is designed to provide an overview of the field. It seems to be a good starting point. Other classes that provide a foundation for the program include Organizational Development, Psychology of the Adult Learner, and Performance Analysis.

And which courses should I take near the end of the program?

Systems Analysis and Design and the Field Problem in Training and Development provide the research component of the program and are likely to be taken near the end of your classes. Management and Coordination of Training and Development provides a capstone experience in the field of study and is appropriately taken near the end of the program.
