General UW-Stout Graduate Studies Application Process

All prospective students must follow a standard application process, which includes a general application for graduate study at UW-Stout. This application information is available on the Graduate Studies website.

Additional Application Requirements

  • The standard online or hard-copy application-based documents which must be submitted to the UW-Stout Graduate School

  • A two-page (double-spaced) statement which describes the candidate's academic history, employment history and professional goals. Please e-mail your completed statement to the MS Management of Operations and Supply Chain Program Director (keyesj@uwstout.edu). This statement will be used during the admission selection process and, if admitted, during the student's academic advising process.

Please know that the MS MOSC Program Selection Committee will favor applicants who have a minimum overall undergraduate GPA of 2.75 as well as academic and workplace experience which align with the broad demands of a profession within operations and supply management.
