Interns are from a variety of undergraduate institutions and geographic locations. The internship encourages traditional and non-traditional students, males and females, dietetics as well as non-dietetics undergraduate majors from all social and cultural backgrounds to apply. International students from Japan, China, Taiwan and Scotland have successfully completed this internship.
