To apply to the FNS program, submit a Graduate School application in paper form through the mail or submit the application online. Both forms, as well as other important application information can be found on the "Applying for Graduate School" section on the Graduate Studies website. Two copies of your official transcripts are required. The application fee is $45.00 US payable to UW-Stout; applications will not be processed without the application fee.
There is not a specific application deadline for the program. You can apply at any time and have your application considered for the following semester -- either fall, spring or summer. You can expect the application process to take from four to five weeks and then you will receive a letter from the Graduate School regarding your admission status.
