Program Design

Designed for teachers, coordinators and administrators in programs that prepare people for the world of work, this program prepares individuals for leadership positions in secondary, postsecondary community or technical colleges, higher education, and business and industry.

This degree program is offered on campus during times convenient for the working adult; numerous late afternoon/evening classes are offered; during the summer session accelerated course offerings are available including weekends; in addition distance education provides students an opportunity to enroll in off campus cohorts.

This flexible program requires 30 credits for completion. Learners entering the program will select course work in the areas of education philosophy, education psychology, curriculum, facilitation and management of learning, and evaluation.
