All prospective students must follow a standard application process that includes a general application for graduate study at UW-Stout. Information is available on the Graduate Studies website.
Application Deadline: February 1, 2013 for a Fall 2013 start. There is no Spring semester enrollment period.
To apply for the MFA in Design program, candidates will need to apply to the UW-Stout Graduate School (see above) and submit the following additional application materials to the MFA in Design program director:
A limit of 5 motion/video images will be accepted as part of the total 15-20 examples. Each motion/video submission shall be no more than 3 minutes in length. Website links are also acceptable submissions.
Written Statement of Interest. This two to three-page statement should describe your goals for graduate study, your potential research question(s) for exploration, and also reference and contextualize your work included in the visual portfolio.
