General UW-Stout Graduate Studies Application Process
All prospective students must follow a standard application process which includes a general application for graduate study at UW-Stout. Application information is available on the Graduate Studies website.
Additional Application Requirements
Submit the following additional application materials to Amy Gullixson:
- Two letters of recommendation
- A statement of your goals related to the program
- Personal resume or curriculum vita

Customized Instruction
Beginning spring 2011, the program will be offered exclusively as a customized instruction program for non-traditional students. Customized programs are designed specifically for adults unable to attend on campus during the typical teaching day. Coursework will be delivered online, weekends, or evenings, and all students will be charged the customized instruction tuition rate for all of their coursework regardless of where they reside. This customized instruction tuition will pay for the entire cost of instruction.
